The Orana Trade Training Centre is a modern facility for the community to work, learn, and create. It serves three independent schools in Dubbo, focusing on metalwork, engineering, agriculture, and hospitality. The project aimed to be unique while fitting Dubbo's character. It was designed to enhance the environment and create engaging learning areas. Sustainable features were included to match the local surroundings and allow for future growth. The campus has three connected buildings, areas for displaying metal sculptures, and an 80-seat café with an outdoor plaza. Key sustainable features, such as wind catchers, solar tubes, automated windows, and rainwater harvesting, help lower energy and water costs and support eco-friendliness.
