Bankstown North Public School
JDH Architects collaborated with the NSW Department of Education to redesign Bankstown North Public School. The project aims to enhance school facilities for today's and future educational needs. The goal is to create engaging spaces that improve learning. The design takes into account the local environment and natural features. It emphasizes 'connections' both physically and visually, including elements like local biodiversity, significant trees, access to the central playground, and a mature Lemon Scented Gum tree. These aspects influenced the building's layout and design.
